# Flow overview
This is the main process used when booking an appointment. This process is initialized by clicking in the "Plan" button in the top navbar, and can be divided into the following steps:
# 1. Input an intervention code to retrieve the appointment
The user selects the application in which the appointment lives. Then he types in the intervention code of the appointment.
# 2. Select a company that can intervene for this appointment
Calizy will use the appointment's address to compute all the companies that can intervene (see company selection ). The eligible companies will then be displayed in an ordered list, by computed priority:
